30 Day Resolutions

There is one thing about myself that I know for sure: I love to start new things but rarely stick with them for the long haul. I have good intentions and even great ideas but once they are up and going, I lose the spark. My motivation wanes and my heart is coveting after the next rush, the next project, or the next great idea to implement.
I realize that my idea for the 30 day resolutions for this new year may also be one of those great ideas I don't see to completion. In my heart I'm hoping, however, that it will be the key to teaching me to stick things out, even if its just for 30 days.

So here's what I am thinking: Instead of coming up with one big new years resolution and not achieving it, I thought, 'why don't I just make 30 day resolutions throughout the year?' The only commitment required is 30 days before I can move on to the next resolution. It's the perfect solution for someone like me.

I still haven't decided what my first 30 days will involve. My only rule for these resolutions is that for 30 days I have to engage in some type of activity every single day. Once the 30 days is over, I reflect on the lessons learned and move on to the next 30 days. That's it.

If you have any ideas for any of my 30 day resolutions, send me a message.
